A Superb Interior
The Cadillac ELR’s interior trumps the Tesla Model S in fit, finish, design, and quality of materials. Olive Ash Burl Wood Trim and Carbon Fiber appointments are world class. By comparison, the interior quality of the Tesla Model S is equivalent to a gussied up Kia. (Seriously. Standard cloth seats?) The ELR’s 16-level adjustable leather bucket seats are positively scrumptious. The leather-wrapped steering wheel is heated and accented with suede microfiber (and the standard headliner is suede, as well). But what about huge LCD centerstack in the Model S? Stay tuned …
