Thanks to the kindness of the folks at Edmunds, we’ve just added a list of current new car rebates. This is something that’s been often requested and discussed at length. Until now, we lacked the resources to maintain the data.

Now that the federal government’s cash for clunkers program is a fading memory, a new car rebate or incentive can make or break a purchase. With a little help from the factory, the qualification factors can tilt in your favor.

While I get to drive a wide range of vehicles, I’ve got to admit, the seven-passenger land yachts are rarely among my favorites. But the new Audi Q7 TDI is a big exception to that.

There’s no doubt about it. We’re addicted to our cars. I live in the semi-rural ‘burbs, where commuting is a chore. While it’s not impossible to live and work out here without a car, it can be tough to manage. Being car free isn’t a cakewalk.

On occasion, I need to pick up or drop off a review car in New York City. Thankfully, it’s easier to get to NYC from my place than it is to get to a random corporate marble and glass palace in suburbia.
