I'm not sure if it is fair to compare the AURA to the Prius as the Toyota is exclusively a hybrid car while the AURA is not. GM's Hybrid Line Mode 2 technology, which will appear beginning with their 2009 models will offer improved fuel economy and something the Prius doesn't have much of: torque.
